1. Services
Trendora Flow provides business automation, AI-assisted customer communication, workflow tools, lead intake, and related services for service-based businesses. Features may change as the service develops.
2. Pilot and Beta Services
Certain Trendora Flow features may be offered as pilot, beta, preview, or early-access services. Pilot features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued and may not always operate without interruption.
3. Business Responsibilities
Businesses using Trendora Flow remain responsible for their customer relationships, pricing, scheduling, service decisions, regulatory obligations, and communications. Trendora Flow does not guarantee that any lead will result in an appointment, sale, or revenue.
4. AI-Assisted Communications
Trendora Flow may use artificial intelligence to help interpret customer messages, organize information, and assist with service-request intake. AI-generated information may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied upon as professional, safety, legal, financial, or technical advice.
5. SMS Messaging Terms
When a user consents to receive text messages through a Trendora Flow-supported service, messages may include service-request questions, customer-care communications, appointment-related messages, or follow-up messages.
Message frequency varies based on the user's interaction with the service. Message and data rates may apply.
Users may reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services where applicable.
6. Acceptable Use
Users may not use Trendora Flow to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, unsolicited, or unauthorized communications. Customers are responsible for obtaining any consent required for communications sent using the service.
7. Privacy
Use of Trendora Flow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Fees and Billing
Paid plans, if applicable, will be billed according to the pricing and billing terms agreed to by the customer. Pilot pricing and features may change before general availability.
9. Availability
We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Communications may be delayed or blocked by telecommunications providers, internet providers, third-party platforms, or other systems outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Trendora Hub LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of Trendora Flow.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
